Instructions for Chicago Tour Payments

To finalize your student's participation in the Atlanta Youth Wind Symphony's Chicago Tour, please follow the payment schedule outlined below. We offer two convenient options to accommodate our families' preferences.

Option 1: Pay in Full - $1800 by February 1, 2026.

Option 2: Installment Plan: three equal payments of $600 each. Please ensure payments are submitted on or before the following deadlines:

Payment 1:   February 1
Payment 2:   March 1
Payment 3:   April 1

Cancel by March 15th for refund

To ensure no student is left behind due to financial constraints, we are launching a scholarship fund with a goal of raising $10,000. For families in a position to help, we kindly ask you to consider making a contribution of any amount in the 'additional gift' box below.
