• Complete and submit your application form. 
• Schedule your student for a visit day. (Students may visit before submitting an application.)
• Submit transcripts, most recent report card, current IEP or 504 plan, and/or learning assessment.
• Forward the "Teacher Recommendation Form" to your student's teacher.
• Submit a writing sample from the current school year (essay, research paper, creative writing piece).
