Greek Feast - A Tribute to the Greek Festival will be presented on May 28 and 29, 2021, in a drive up only setting with all purchases preordered and prepaid. Although the annual Greek Festival is scheduled for early November, the Holy Trinity Cathedral family will present some familiar, as well as new, offerings during the Memorial Day weekend that will include “heat and eat” options; convenient frozen items for individual or family enjoyment; and some cold salad, vegetable, and dessert delicacies. Whatever your selection, you can anticipate a delicious Greek fare!  


Roasted Rack of Lamb – Approximately 18 oz. to 20 oz. Frenched rack of lamb, roasted with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and Greek herbs; keep refrigerated.
