Did you know that it takes $1500 in donations to serve just ONE AMM patient?  In return, that patient receives over $5000 in healthcare, wrap-around services and prescription medications at little, to no cost to the patient!

Since 2003, AMM has been a leader in healthcare for our working, uninsured neighbors in Wake County.  Without your support, AMM could not continue to serve over 2000 patients/year.
