The Ron Clark Academy alumni we are benefitting earned a major scholarship to a top university., They clearly have proven their potential. Yet many of them do not have family members who attended college. Too many find themselves needing multiple part time jobs to live and travel home on holidays.

Working takes time and energy away from study. It also minimizes the chance to participate in campus life, which build lifetime relationships for their future.

$5,000 means not having 300 - 500 hours of part-time work during each school year. The mentors that accompany our scholarship awards are a major help to these deserving recipients by guiding them through first time experiences.
