Forsyth Community Clinic

FCC is raising funds to purchase a mobile clinic and hire a part-time Nurse Practitioner to travel the county in the mobile clinic. We plan to buy an RV or motorhome, outfit it for our needs and start treating patients in the smaller communities around Forsyth. We have full confidence that we can meet our goal but we need you. Forsyth County has never had a mobile health clinic but with your help we ALL make history with the first one! How cool will it be to see us driving around knowing that you helped make it happen?
