Annual Tribute Tag

Our annual tribute tags are a beautiful way to recognize a loved one. Have your tribute message etched on a 4″ x 4″ or 6″ x 6″ heart-shaped tag and have it hung on an adoptable pet kennel for a one-year period. After one year has passed, you can choose to either renew your tribute gift or take home this special tag to give to family, friends, or keep for yourself.

Please note, there is a $500+ minimum donation for 4" tags, and a $1,000+ minumum donation for 6" tags.
