Support Ken's Ironman Lake Placid Fundraiser

Help us support Ken Kachmar as he embarks on his 3rd IRONMAN at Lake Placid, NY.
Ken is dedicating his race to help kids battling pediatric cancer in collboration with The Kellan Ford Foundation. 

The race is 140.6 miles. Ken is asking for a $1 a mile completed for a total pledge of $140.60.

The IRONMAN Lake Placid is a legendary race that begins with a 2.4-mile swim across Mirror Lake, followed by a 112-mile bike course that winds its way through the Adirondack Mountains, and concludes with a 26.2-mile run course that goes through the Olympic Village and along the shore of Mirror Lake, finishing at the iconic Olympic Oval.

Let's help Ken hit his fundraising goal of $11,000 in 11 days. Funds will support pediatric cancer research and integrative therapy grants for kids.
