Your contribution helps us provide mentorship & money to families of loved ones with developmental disabilities and their neighbors to launch community projects that help create identities, share gifts, spark connections and build relationships based on common interests.

• $250 Provides compensation for people with disabilities and their families to invest in their learning about how to build inclusive communities.
• $500  Supports families and disability services staff to receive personalized mentorship as they develop inclusive connections for the people with disabilities they support
• $1000 Fully funds a neighborhood project designed for a person with a disability and their family
