Today's Teens Are Today's Leaders

Many well meaning churches think of teens as the future leaders of the church. But we think teens can be developed into leaders for TODAY! With guidance from caring adults, teens can accomplish far more than most people realize.

The BCNE has as many as 1,400 teens in our various leadership development ministries each year. It takes a lot of work, and it is expensive. We employ two staff members (one full time, one part time) to put all our youth leadership experiences together. That adds to the expense. But we believe it is worth the investment!

Your gift to the Youth Fund subsidizes these leadership development ministries so that costs are reasonable, which enables more teens to participate. The Youth Fund also helps us start new initiatives in New England to reach more teens for Christ.
