Training Teens to Be Leaders in the Church

Many well meaning churches think of teens as the future leaders of the church. But we think teens can be developed into leaders for TODAY! With guidance from caring adults, teens can accomplish far more than most people realize. The BCNE has an average of 1,400 teens in our various leadership development ministries each year. It takes a lot of work, and it is expensive. But it is worth it.

Your gift to the Youth Fund helps us subsidize these leadership development ministries so that costs are reasonable, which enables more teens to participate.
