Twitter Wars: Alex Berenson and James Lawrence on the Frontlines of Free Speech

Author, independent journalist, and former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson and his attorney, UNC School of Law alumnus James Lawrence, will discuss Berenson’s successful lawsuit to restore his free speech rights on Twitter after White House officials instructed the corporation to suspend his account. Berenson and Lawrence will address the fight for free speech online, the role government has played in censoring citizens by proxy, and Berenson’s ongoing First Amendment litigation against the Biden administration.
