Animal Explorer Summer Camp at the Humane Society of Memphis & Shelby County

Dive into the world of animal welfare and learn compassion, responsibility, and safety from Humane Society staff and other experts in the animal field.  Campers will get hands-on experiences with dogs and cats as they learn about what they need from us as their caregivers.  The Humane Society Animal Explorer Camp is ideal for children ages 8-12.

Camp includes tours of our facility, observing daily animal care tasks, training pets with positive reinforcement, making crafts for animals, and collaborative lessons with other community partners!
