Tickets are $60 until October 1, $70 after and include:

• Charcuterie box
• Commemorative wine glass
• Unlimited wine tastings 

Age: 21+. Must show ID at check-in.

The event features:

• Approximately 8–10 wine vendors
• Local artisan vendors 
• Performances by local musicians throughout the afternoon
• Each artisan vendor will donate a portion of their sales back to Forsyth Community Clinic.
