For the 56th year, the Illinois State Council Knights of Columbus Charities Inc is collecting donations with the proceeds earmarked for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. This is a statewide drive in which local Archbishop Schlarman Council #3507 of Pekin, IL participates.

NINETY PERCENT (90%) of the net proceeds collected locally will be distributed to such local 501(c)(3) organizations as:

Ann Benjamin Handicapped Children’s Summer Camp, affiliated with Tazewell County Resource Center in Pekin, IL

Schramm Education Center in Pekin, IL serving Tazewell County

Pekin YWCA Adaptive Aquatics/Special Olympics Swim Program

Pekin Park District Special Recreation Association (Special Olympics Program)

Central Illinois Riding Therapy in East Peoria, IL serving Tazewell County

 The remaining TEN PERCENT (10%) goes to the State Special Olympics Program and group homes for the intellectually disabled.
