Interplay has been the most consistent activity that we (Sukhmani, Wishall, and Vibhuti) have been sharing with others here in India. Since the pandemic we have continued to play with various themes that emerged as our country and the world went through tumultuous events. We played with chaos, possibilities, joy, creativity, releasing, and more.

• We have been using Interplay actively in our work at Yes! Jams with changemakers in our country on the themes of release, connection and play. 
• We have also been using Interplay with environmental changemakers in Earth Shastra, a program by Youth Alliance to build ecological sensitivity and action. 
• We have been using the Interplay tools to work with marginalized communities in Udaipur around zero waste solutions. 

We offered some in-person intensive gatherings for artists and body-work practitioners earlier this year and also have continued to help organise four editions of  the International Side by Side Interplay Gathering. As we organise more physical retreats, we have been offering the tools of Interplay to various communities in India to help connect everyone to their bodies and their innate wisdom.

Some intentions for this coming year, for which we would love your support:

• Support Charu, a young person in Punjab to complete her Leader’s Training. 
• Offer scholarships for workshops to diverse groups and organizations, throughout the country, especially for those who can’t afford to pay who wish to bring more body wisdom to their community.
• In-person retreats with scholarships and leader stipends for an untensive journey with more somatic practitioners in India to jam around tools to address stress and mental health challenges.
• An arts based movement space for environment lovers to come together and discover a regenerative response to the ecological crisis.
• Invite leaders from across the world to host online play spaces regularly, and funding an honorarium for their leading
• Launch a local Secrets of Interplay, Life practice Program, and Leaders Training for individuals who want to go deeper into Interplay.
• Wishal, our eco-warrior, will host community-based solutions and workshops around zero waste, using body wisdom tools, and will be using your contributions to help launch this in marginalized and rural communities.
