Play creates the experience of being safe with another person where our nervous systems are in ebb and flow, creating new possibilities and changing narratives.  Play moves me between being a co-regulator and a self-regulator, between being a leader and a follower, between creating and responding to life.

• We have played online across time zones, cultures, generations, genders, language… and so much more that we may never know and yet the body knows… 
• Our girls have been able to dream, know and claim their body wisdom through PLAY… nurture and nourish female friendships especially during teenage years
• We have been PLAY collaborators at various initiatives like peace building and climate action
• We have been grateful to witness the grace of PLAY in the lives of domestic violence survivors of religious minority communities… where they are able to access their stories in a safe environment, share, laugh and build solidarity thus changing the narratives through co-regulation
• Play has been instrumental in diving deep into our stories of safety, power, privilege, and the intersectionality of it all… how may we then choose to live our lives after the awareness  
• We have taken PLAY into the boardroom to celebrate the feminine and encourage women to invest in themselves as part of International Women’s Day celebration

Support InterPlay India - Mumbai to continue to co-regulate through PLAY… to restore safety and connection within and outside for communities on the margins and the mainstream... to honour and befriend our nervous systems through PLAY… to change the world by offering safety and belonging to others one moment at a time!
