This year we are raising money so our Twin Cities InterPlay leaders can engage the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)—a nationally recognized assessment that helps individuals understand their current orientation toward cultural difference and identify practical, personalized steps for growth.

Together, we will use what we learn to deepen our collective ability to welcome, host, and embody authentic cultural and racial diversity within our community. Our intention is to learn what we do not yet know, to grow where growth is needed, and to cultivate a safer, more responsive space for all.
