Teal Butterflies
Ovarian cancer continues to have a high reoccurrence rate. With each occurrence, it is more challenging to beat. We continually need new ways to fight the cancer. It's a matter of life and death!
This year I will be celebrating seven years cancer free. I feel immensely blessed and profoundly grateful for the dedicated team at Smilow Gynecology Oncology.
Despite the strides that have been made, ovarian cancer continues to have a high reoccurrence rate. With each occurrence, the cancer is more challenging to beat. We continually need new ways to fight the cancer. It's a matter of life and death.
The funds raised by the walk directly support the local researchers at Smilow who are always looking for new answers, exploring new ideas.
I walk to raise funds for me, for my daughters, for all my sisters in teal.
Please join me in this vital effort.
