“Inside” Winter Dipper
On November 1 Winter Dippers will begin plunging into the cold waters to raise money for BHI and our youth on Cape Cod. Since I swim most of the winter inside I decided to raise $$ with inside swims.
I will be swimming inside this winter to support Behavioral Health Innovators (BHI).
Join me in raising money to support Cape and the Islands young people struggling with mental health issues and substance use. BHI APG and PASS programs are places where youth come together with their peers to build the tools and relationships to deal with their challenges under the guidance of Licensed Counselors and peer-to-peer mentors.
- Make a pledge by how many miles I swim this winter or a overall donation. I usually swim 4-6 miles a week.
