Mike's Hike for MANNA FoodBank

$8,891 of $10,000

Supporting Hurricane Helene Victims Through My Appalachian Trail Thru-Hike

In March 2025, I will begin a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail, stretching from Georgia to Maine. The trail passes through areas impacted by Hurricane Helene, particularly NC, TN, and VA, where many communities are still recovering.

To support those affected, I’m raising funds for MANNA FoodBank in Asheville,Β a nonprofit providing food directly to those affected by the hurricane as they rebuild their lives and homes.

Just as my 2,200-mile journey will present challenges, the people of Western North Carolina face their own obstacles in the recovery process. Along the trail, when I receive a meal, it brightens my day and motivates me to keep going. Let's bring that same sense of hope and support to those in the region.

Thanks for making a difference during this challenging time.
