<p>Joe Souza helps facilitate 17 monthly pastor cohorts around New England that encourage dozens of pastors, helping them overcome loneliness 1learn more effective ministry strategies. Part of Souza’s ministry is funded by a grant from the BFNE. Your donation will help continue this ministry for another year.</p> <p>Sandy Coelho helps train hundreds of lay leaders each year through numerous small group training sessions and webinars. If your leaders need training, she can help you customize a training experience that will help move your leaders forward in their efforts to create a healthier church.</p>
