For 25 years the piano at St. Gregory's has given thousands of students in the Athens area the opportunity to make, learn, and enjoy music on a nice, well maintained instrument. These events have come in the form of concerts, festivals, classes, and recitals.
Our current instrument needs replacement and we feel called now to campaign for a new one. The purpose of the instrument will be two fold:
1) Give access to a concert piano for ALL in the community
2) Be a centerpiece for a new "Concerts for a Cause" program which pairs musicians with their charitable passions for local and regional causes
