Benefiting Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities

Please join us along with Roberto Mercade, representing presenting sponsor, The Coca-Cola Company; Tracey Atwater, President & CEO; and Christoper Marinac, Gala Honoree, at the 15th Annual Gala on Saturday, October 5 at 6 p.m. at the Foundry at Puritan Mill

Proceeds from the Gala help support thousands of families with sick or injured children who rely on the programs of Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities when seeking needed medical care. 

Evening highlights include:

  • cocktail reception
  • seated dinner
  • silent and live auctions
  • live entertainment by the Shimmer Band

if you are interested in a sponsorship, table or ticket and need an invoice, please contact Amy Goggins at [email protected].

What is the deadline to register?

  • Sponsorships must be purchased by September 9, 2024, to be included in the printed program.
  • The deadline to register is Monday, September 23, 2024.

Is parking available on site?
Yes! Parking is available on site. Ride Share options are also available.

Will dinner be served?
Yes, a cocktail reception and three-course dinner is included with all ticket, table, and sponsorship purchases.

When are guest names due to Atlanta RMHC?
Submit all guest names to Amy Goggins by Monday, September 23, 2024.

What is the attire?
The attire is black-tie optional.

What is the event agenda?

  • The cocktail reception is from 6 to 6:45 p.m.
  • Dinner will be at 7 p.m., with the program to follow.
  • Dancing and entertainment from The Shimmer band will be from 9 to 11 p.m.

What time does the silent auction close?
The silent auction closes at 9:30 p.m.

Is there a live auction?
Yes! Live auction prizes will be announced soon.

Can I donate an item toward the silent or live auction?
Yes! Contact Amy Goggins for donation information. Thank you for your generosity!

Can I purchase tables, tickets, or sponsorships through a Donor Advised Fund?
Contact Amy Goggins to discuss ways to utilize your Donor Advised Fund.
