The students we are benefitting earned a major scholarship to a top university or HBCU. Still they will need part-time jobs for incidental expenses. That takes away their chance to fully utilize the learning resources available and build relationships for their future. $5,000 means not having 300 - 500 hours of part-time work during each school year.

Our Founding Donors each committed $5,000 by Sept.30 2024 — which really enabled our launch. As we embark on our third year we have already made a huge difference to seven students with our combination of cash subsidies and a mentor. Now we have a matching grant challenge from Jim Deupree to help us double our impact in 2024.

Every $200 you donate up to $20,000 will be matched by $100 to meet our goal of $30,000 this year. Please be generous.
