The ninth annual Virginia LtN Cup between the W&L Generals and the Captains of CNU will be held on Wednesday February 18th 2026. Head Coaches Mikey Thompson (CNU) and Gene McCabe (W&L) use this game on an annual basis to raise awareness for LtN, encourage others across the country to join Team LtN, and highlight the power sport has to positively impact young lives.

Lacrosse the Nations (LtN) is a sport for development organization that unifies the lacrosse community to sustainably improve education and health while creating opportunity and hope for youth across the world. Using lacrosse and other physical activities, LtN teaches important life skills, provides students with positive outlets for sports and play, and provides access to education through scholarships.
