At 33, I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer, and thanks to my amazing care team at Yale, I am considered cancer-free.

I am walking in gratitude for the exceptional care I’ve received – thank you Dr. Ratner, Nesrine, and everyone at Smilow Gyn Oncology – in honor of friends, and in memory of a relative.

Since the last walk I've been more involved with Discovery to Cure and have met so many wonderful women and people along the way -- from art group where we make crafts for patients, to a thiver tea party, to the first-ever patient conference, to joining the walk committee, and so much more. 

Please join me in channeling your inner superhero and supporting Discovery to Cure by walking and/or donating. You are supporting critical research in the prevention, detection and treatment of women's gynecological cancers, raising awareness, and helping to fund programs that support those affected. All the groundbreaking research that has become standard of care, the patient engagement, and the community education and outreach is possible because of your support.
