Be a Match Maker

Dear friends and family, 

As many of you know, I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Houston - a Lone Star market. I am undertaking a Match Maker fundraising campaign to raise funds and help create more life-changing friendships for local children in our community. By supporting this preventative in nature, uplifting organization with a monthly contribution, you are helping introduce a waiting Little (out of a waitlist of over 900) to their Big every month and making an exponential impact on the life of the child served, their family, the Big, and the community as a whole. 

In addition to being a board member and a donor, I'm also a big sister to Faith (that is us in the picture). It has been great to see our relationship grow from one where she barely spoke, just responded to questions, to now one where we chat on a regular basis even between the times we get together. I could share so much more about our relationship, but suffice it to say that without donors like you, relationships like ours would not be possible. 

With your pledge today, monthly contributions will be automatically deducted from your debit or credit card. Big Brothers Big Sisters will send you stories on the life-changing friendships you are creating each and every month. At the end of each calendar year you donate a minimum of $35 per month, your name will be added to our Match Maker monthly giving society recognition window in the room where our matches first meet.
