The Intellectual Disabilities Drive (“ID Drive” or "Tootsie Roll Drive") is one of the most recognizable activities that the Knights of Columbus do each year. All proceeds collected are distributed to local programs directly supporting children and/or adults with intellectual disabilities.

Last year, Maria Council #4836 contributed its ID Drive proceeds to  Avenues to Independence, Have Dreams, Misericordia, St. Mary of Providence’s SPRED program, and Maine East High School’s special education department.
