I had passion helping others since when i was a kid and it could be the reason i had 4 children to care for....Since my youngest is 2 1/2 years old i think it's time!

There is a Chinese saying that goes: “If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap. If you want happiness for a day, go fishing. If you want happiness for a year, inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody.” For centuries, the greatest thinkers have suggested the same thing: Happiness is found in helping others.

I did some reasearch came across with Project C.U.R.E!

About Project C.U.R.E.
Project C.U.R.E. was founded in 1987 to empower doctors and nurses in the developing world with the tools needed to treat disease, deliver vaccines, perform life-changing surgeries and ensure safe childbirth. Today, Project C.U.R.E. is the world’s largest distributor of medical donations to resource-limited communities across the globe, touching the lives of patients, families and children in 130 countries.

The first step in this process is for a Project C.U.R.E. representative to travel to visit chosen medical facilities for a Needs Assessment visit.  The Needs Assessment deposit is $4000 for projects located outside the Western Hemisphere (Central America, South America and the Caribbean). The $4000 will cover airfare, Project C.U.R.E. flat assessment fee ($1000) and other related costs including, but not limited to, visas and insurance for the Needs Assessment Representative. They will take care of all arrangements related to the aforementioned.

They ask that the in-country host take care of arrangements and expenses for all in-country travel, accommodations and meals. C.U.R.E Representatives do not need fancy accommodations or meals – They just ask that they have a safe and clean place to stay and they are accompanied by the host. They found that this is a more efficient and cost effective way to take care of the in-country logistics of the Assessment visit. I can take care of this portion.

Any part of the $4000 deposit that they don’t use to cover the airfare and related costs mentioned above will be credited to the cost of your container. On average shipping and handling is $20,000. After the Assessment is complete, our project will be passed on to their Operations Department – they will then review the reports and recommendations from the Assessment visit and let you know the exact shipping costs for our project.
