Thank you for your desire to honor our mentor, Mike Duncan, with a gift toward the Robert M. Duncan Leadership Institute and Mentoring Program.

This program was established to honor Mr. Duncan's life-long commitment to mentoring countless individuals, especially in the areas of government and politics, education, and business, and will follow the same formula that Mr. Duncan has used for four decades in his intership program at the Inez Deposit Bank:  Earn, Learn, and Serve.
