Faith in Action: The Pope Leo Villages Campaign

Inspired by Pope Leo XIV’s commitment to serving others, peace, and unity, an anonymous donor has generously stepped forward to rally Greater Boston youth—alongside volunteers from all walks of life—to construct 7 affordable Habitat for Humanity homes on Norfolk Street in Dorchester.

Please join us in this building endeavor. Youth, neighbors, homebuyers, and the wider Greater Boston community will come together to build hope and create opportunities for affordable homeownership. Anyone moved by the new, U.S.-born pope are welcomed and encouraged to serve others through the Pope Leo Village campaign—donate, fundraise, and volunteer.

The Pope Leo Village is you: youth groups, faith communities, friends, and neighbors joining side by side to do essential work, crafting safe and welcoming homes where families can grow and thrive.

Our goal is to raise at least $2,500 to support Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston's Pope Leo Villages Campaign. When we do, our group will earn

a $2,500 match, doubling your support!

the opportunity to participate in a group volunteer build day

project volunteer t-shirts,

a shout-out on Habitat Greater Boston's socials, and

an invitation to the Pope Leo Villages Campaign celebration.

Most importantly, we will put faith into action and be part of giving families the gift of their own home.

“In that service to others we may find that coming together in friendship, building up community, we too can find true meaning in our lives.” —Pope Leo XIV
