One Step Closer
Sickle Cell Disease affects millions of Americans — and I'm one of them. Every year, my family and I come together with one mission: to raise awareness and donations for this life-threatening disease.
On Saturday, September 19, 2026, I’ll be walking in Central Park with the Sickle Cell/Thalassemia Patients Network, Inc. to raise awareness and support for people living with sickle cell disease, thalassemia, and other inherited blood disorders.
The walk is free to attend, but the need for support is real. Every dollar raised helps SCTPN provide education, advocacy, care coordination, supportive connections, and referrals to vital services for individuals and families.
A gift to my fundraising page is more than a donation. It lets families know they are seen, their voices matter, and they do not have to face these challenges alone.
Please consider making a gift today. Any amount can help bring more care, information, and hope to our community. Thank you for supporting my walk and this important cause.
