On Saturday, September 12, 2026, I’ll be walking in Central Park with the Sickle Cell/Thalassemia Patients Network, Inc. to raise awareness and support for people living with sickle cell disease, thalassemia, and other inherited blood disorders.

The walk is free to attend, but the need for support is real. Every dollar raised helps SCTPN provide education, advocacy, care coordination, supportive connections, and referrals to vital services for individuals and families.
